Continuous Gear Hinges offer superior performance for use in high frequency door opening lots with a measured life of over 2.5 million openings and closings. Our Continuous Gear Hinges use a unique gear design to minimize lateral wear on the hinge while distributing the weight of the door itself, as well as the recoil generated by opening and closing the door, evenly along the overall length of the product and the door frame.
Ideal for new construction and remodeling applications. Our hinges have passed the UL 3-hour fire test, obtained ANSI & BHMA certificates, and are widely used in building projects, hospitals, airports, and shopping malls.
