A: We provide a 5-Year Mechanical Guarantee for our hardware products.
Q: Which stainless steel grades do you use?
A: We mostly work with SUS304 and SUS316. Certain items are also available in SUS201 upon request.
Q: Can I get samples before placing a formal order?
A: Yes, we offer up to 3 pieces of free samples for your evaluation. You only need to provide a courier account for freight collect.
