Yes, we offer customization. While regular widths range from 500-1000mm and heights from 1450-2100mm, the maximum available size is 2350mm x 1100mm.
How does the PVC lamination handle extreme temperatures?
The PVC is laminated on the MDF at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, which prevents the surface from blistering even in high-heat environments like North Africa or Las Vegas.
What is the moisture content of the wood?
We maintain a moisture content of 10-12%, which is the ideal range to ensure the door leaf remains stable and resistant to warping or cracking.
What kind of warranty is provided?
This model comes with a 5-year paid limited warranty, covering the durability and structural integrity of the door under normal usage.
What is the production lead time?
For standard orders, the leading time is approximately 25 days for a quantity of 500 sets. Our total production capacity is up to 3000 sets per day.
