Our normal thickness is about 10 um. However, we can accommodate requests for 15um and above as per your project requirements.
What colors and thicknesses are available for powder coating?
We can produce any color for powder coating provided you supply a color sample. The standard thickness for our powder coating is between 60-80um.
What wood grain patterns do you offer?
Our popular colors include Western Red Cedar, Australia Cedar, Jarrah I/II, Chestnut, and Snow Gum. We can also customize colors based on your specific samples.
How durable is the wood grain finish?
Using Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Menphis film, our finish complies with American AAMA 2603 standards. It passes 1000-hour UV and salt spray tests, offering a 10-year color guarantee.

What is the lead time for samples and production?
