What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually our order quantity is 500 meters. However, we accept a lower number of trial orders.
Can I get samples?
Of course. We usually provide existing samples for free. A small sample fee may be charged for custom designs or sizes, which is refundable if the order reaches a certain amount.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. For custom designs or Pantone colors, it typically takes 5-8 days.
What is the production lead time?
The production for minimum order quantities usually takes between 7 to 15 days.
How is shipping handled?
For small quantities, we recommend courier service to save time. For large orders, we suggest shipping by sea to reduce costs.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats. Our professional designers will use these to create the necessary mold or screen print artwork.
