The split type pantograph system is a high-power quick charging equipment developed for modern infrastructure. It is primarily used to provide ultra-fast charging for pure electric buses. The system features two modes of AC and DC input. The entire system is composed of a "charging module cabinet + charging interface," which ensures convenient maintenance and a superior user experience.

Adopting a streamlined design, the pantograph offers a fashionable appearance. The charging module cabinet is treated with galvanizing and multi-layer spraying, achieving mechanical characteristics greater than IK10. With IP54 protection, the system is waterproof, dustproof, and anti-corrosion, meeting demanding environment protection requirements.

A. Large Current Output Mode

PLC carrier communication is adopted to realize accurate positioning and data interaction between the bus and pantograph. This significantly improves charging security and prevents connection errors. The system meets ISO15118 standards with a maximum output current reaching 800A for rapid charging.

B. Split Structure Design

The "Power + Charging" split design separates the power section from the charging interface, simplifying installation and maintenance. The interface uses high-quality components imported from Germany, ensuring stability and safety through a robust steel frame design.
