Are you a factory or trading company?

Can you provide samples?
Yes, we offer free samples for values under $50. While samples are free, the buyer is responsible for international shipping costs. If you have a DHL or FedEx account, we can arrange immediate dispatch.
What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For standard profiles in stock, we accept low MOQs. For customized or non-stock items, the MOQ is typically 300-500kg. Small orders can also be supported by covering setup costs.
How long is the production lead time?
New mold development takes 7-10 days. Once the trial sample is approved, mass production for a standard 40HQ container takes approximately 10-15 days.
What are the standard lengths available?
The standard length is 6 meters. However, we can precision-cut the profiles to any length required with a tolerance of less than 0.5mm.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipment via T/T. For smaller orders, we also accept PayPal and Western Union.
