What are the acceptable payment terms?
Normally T/T is appreciated. T/T: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment. L/C at sight is available for long-term partners.
How do I know if my order has been received?
When we receive your order, we will sign back the Proforma Invoice (PI) to you. We will also send a confirmation email once the order is processed.
When will my order be delivered?
The estimated delivery lead time will be indicated on the PI. For regular items, it is normally 40-50 days. We provide regular updates on the production status.
How can I get more product details?
For information regarding setup, material composition, compatibility, or warranty, please feel free to reach out for a full technical consultation.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Items can be added until payment details are confirmed. Once the order is finalized and production begins, additional items must be placed as a new order.
Can I request a sample for quality check?
Yes, we provide samples free of charge. However, the freight cost should be covered by the requester, which can be credited back upon order confirmation.
